HMS GLM120 Griffin The 120cm HMS heavy-bend bar uses star clamps. The gripping section is carefully knurled to ensure a secure and comfortable hold. Two screw clamps are included. These clamps ensure a stable weight position on the bar during exercise. The nuts have rubber seals inside to prevent the weight from loosening. The threaded section of the bar allows for quick and safe weight placement. The bar is made of a solid steel bar that has been hardened. The bar's 30-millimeter diameter ensures high durability and comfortable exercise.
